"Return was painless..."
I ended up having to return a few candle jars because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The whole process was easy enough... I sent them back and got my refund once they received everything. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but not anything too frustrating. Customer service replied to my email and helped me out fine. Overall, it was a good experience... I just wish the refund had come through a bit quicker.

I’ve been happy with these molds so far. They feel sturdy, and my candles have been popping out easily every single time. the finished candles look really nice to me, so I feel like these were a good pick.

"Wax worked great for my candles"
I ordered some wax from candlesandsupplies.com it worked really well for me. It melted nice and smooth, took fragrance easily, and my candles burned evenly without those weird spots or cracking I’ve had with other waxes. If I’m being picky, I was half-expecting something to go wrong based on past experiences, but no, this was actually really solid. I’ll definitely order again.

"Fast shipping, no issues"
I got my candle supplies sooner than I expected, and everything was packed well. Nothing arrived damaged, which is always nice because that kind of thing feels totally preventable with good packaging. Overall, no complaints from me.

I’m not totally sure if it was something I did or just the wicks themselves, but they burned unevenly sometimes. They still worked and were usable, just not quite as consistent as I was hoping.

"Wax quality was disappointing"
I was a bit let down by these candles. A few of them showed up with rough-looking wax, and they burned kind of weird instead of nice and evenly. I really expected better quality.

"Nice, consistent dye colors"
I was happy with how these dyes turned out. The colors came through strong in my candles and I didn’t notice any weird spots or uneven patches. Overall, they worked well for me

I ordered a few candle-making supplies, the info on the site was pretty much spot on. The sizes matched, the scent notes made sense once I opened everything, and even the usage details were helpful. I always worry a little when ordering stuff like this online because you never really know, but this was easy. No guessing, no weird surprises. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good jars, just one small thing"
Like I said, the jars are nice overall. They showed up in mostly good shape and the containers feel solid. Like I said, there was just one tiny issue, but nothing major enough to make me unhappy with them.

I ordered some candle-making supplies and ended up reaching out to the staff with a couple questions before finishing everything (I’m still figuring out what all I need).
They were friendly and did help me sort it out, so no complaints there. The only thing was that the replies took a bit longer than I was expecting (not a huge deal, just a little frustrating when you’re waiting).
Overall, it was a decent experience. I’d probably order again, but I do think the customer support could be a little quicker

"Checkout felt more frustrating than it needed to"
Tried to place what should’ve been a simple order, but the checkout process just felt clunky. Pages were loading slowly, and had to go back and recheck my shipping info because it didn’t look like it saved correctly the first time.
Also didn’t love that the shipping cost showed up so late in the process. Already had everything in the cart by then, so it was kind of annoying. Finished the order in the end, but wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back unless I really needed something.

"Decent oils, but the scent was disappointing"
I ordered a few fragrance oils from candlesandsupplies.com and the shipping went smoothly, so no complaints there. I was just kind of disappointed once I used them in wax because the scent throw was weaker than I expected. They’re not bad oils, but I had to use more than I normally would to get the fragrance to come through. Overall, I’d give them 3 stars.

I’ve bought a few fragrance oils from them now, and most of them smell really good in soy wax. One of the scents was a bit weaker than I expected, which was a little disappointing?? But overall they’ve burned clean for me and worked well, so I’d still order again...

"Website could definitely be easier to use"
I do like the products, but the website is a little frustrating sometimes. The search and filters don't always seem that helpful, and on my phone the pages can load kind of strangely. Checkout was also a bit confusing for me — I had to go back a couple of times before I could finally place my order.

"Trying to Get Samples Was a Hassle"
I wanted to order a few samples before committing, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. A lot of the ones I wanted were either out of stock or not clearly available, and the ordering process felt like it had too many steps just to try a sample. I eventually gave up because it shouldn’t be that hard to test something first...

I stopped in expecting a decent variety, but the selection felt limited. There were maybe a handful of scents and only a few container styles, so I didn’t really find anything that stood out. I looked around for about 10 minutes and ended up leaving without buying anything. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

I’ve ordered wax and jars from candlesandsupplies.com a couple times now, or maybe it was all around the same big restock, I can’t remember. Either way, the prices seemed good compared to a few other sites I was looking at, especially when buying in bulk.
Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, so I’ve been trying to order more at once instead of placing smaller orders here and there. Everything showed up fine, though checkout felt a little clunky at the time. Overall, it’s still a solid option for me.
